COSMO FERRITES UPDATES 

Cosmo Ferrites in its constant endeavour to keep abreast with the Latest technologies, Product upgradation and wider product spectrum has been continuously adding facilities in the manufacturing set up which can bring about improvements in the performance of the Materials & cater to a Larger customer/Application Segment base.

Towards this direction we have recently added TOP HAT KILN in our sintering line which will mainly focus on production of :

• High Permeability ferrites

• Ultra low power loss   and high saturation materials.

The recent material launches will cater to high end EMI, Chokes and Power Ferrites segments.

We have also added a 250 TON HYDRAULIC PRESS  which will mainly focus on the compaction of Bigger diameter Toroids (Dia 152 mm) , Large UU cores (126 mm) , EE cores (153 mm)  & I bars and some Custom Designed Large cores for Industrial Application. 

We are constantly in search for Challenges in new areas of Ferrite materials and Component designs to serve our customers with quality ferrites in a very competitive manner.
