| Now it is hereby agreed that in consideration of the Company issuing a duplicate Dividend/Interest/ Redemption Warrant for the said amount I/We hereby covenants at all the times hereafter and from time to time save, defend and keep indemnified the Company and their estates and effects from and against all action, costs, suits, legal proceedings, account claims, demands, losses, charges, damages, expenses and liabilities of whatsoever nature which the company may sustain or incur by reason of such issue of duplicate Dividend/Interest/Redemption Warrant also from and against any action which may be brought against the company by any person claiming the interest accrued thereon and from or against all damages, costs, charges, expenses which the company may incur in respect thereof or otherwise in relation to the premises. | |||||
| It is hereby further agreed that I/we hereby undertake to return and redeliver such duplicate Dividend/Interest/ Redemption Warrant to the Company on demand by the Company and with or without such demand to produce and/or return the original Dividend/Interest/Redemption Warrant received at our own cost as the Company shall require for the recovery thereof or otherwise in relation to the premises. | |||||
