Toroidal cores are small MnZn-based soft ferrite cores, also known as ferrite rings or toroidal ferrite cores. They offer the benefit of high magnetic efficiency & high resistance to any external magnetic fields applied. Their cross section area is uniform and they can have different coatings. We produce these cores in lightweight and with an enclosed loop core. Owing to their small-size, ferrite toroids acquire lesser space when used in transformers. Their round shape allows the magnetic flux to escape easily. Hence, they radiate less electromagnetic interference (EMI) making them ideal for the environment. Ferrite rings also have lower impedance which helps them increase the efficiency & electrical performance of various applications.
